My journey has had its challenges. About ten years ago, I discovered Reiki during my personal healing journey, which transformed my life. I faced anxiety, shame, and low self-esteem, often feeling unsafe in myself and the world.
By integrating cognitive hypnotherapy, Reiki, meditation, yin yoga and chakra dancing, I've shifted my perspective to see life as a beautiful journey rather than a series of obstacles. This transformation has helped me calm my nervous system, accept and express my emotions, and release stored stress from my body and subconscious.
