What is Reiki
The word Reiki (ray-key) is a Japanese word, which means ‘Universal Life Force Energy’. It is based upon both Japanese and Tibetan Buddhist traditions but is not itself a religion.
Reiki is a gentle and natural healing system, rediscovered by a Japanese Monk, Dr. Mikao Usui in the mid-1800s.
Reiki has now started to become very popular in the West, with both private and public health authorities (including the UK’s NHS) recognising this method. It is offered in private practices, hospitals and even in the corporate world where they now recognise how Reiki can be very beneficial and offer relief from stress.
When giving Reiki, it does not matter if it is a person, a pet, or a plant the energy will flow into it, restoring balance.

Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want, and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics.

Hypnotherapy & Reiki
The state of hypnosis allows you to act with the help of your unconscious part, solve a problem, to change behaviour. Sessions combining the two practices offer cumulative benefits.
Hypnosis works at the unconscious level to change troublesome behavior, change a habit, remove fear, increase self-esteem and countless other benefits.
Reiki allows vital energy to flow freely through all your chakras by releasing energy blockages, pain, anxiety or stress. The hypnosis-reiki session combines the benefits of both practices.
Once you have made an appointment, we begin by determining the objectives of the session, then I set up the state of hypnosis.
We work on the problem established upstream, and while you imagine pleasant things a serene future, I channel the energy of Reiki to send it to you, as during a traditional Reiki session.
You can then continue to relax and feel all the benefits of the vital energy flowing freely within you.
