How long will the therapy take?
As each client is unique and responds to therapy differently, at the outset it can be difficult to confirm the exact number of sessions you will require.
You may need only two or three, but for most issues, 2-6 sessions is normally sufficient.
How long is a session?
In the first session the process begins with a full consultation and assessment, the beginning of real focus and change, the session will last about 90 minutes.
Subsequent sessions will last one hour
What to expect?
I offer a 20 minutes free, no-obligation consultation to see if we are a good fit and to explain how I can help. This is purely time to answer your questions and get a more detailed understanding of your issue.
In the first session, the process begins with a full consultation and assessment, the beginning of real focus and change. We take time to fully understand what is going on for you right now, your history. I will be asking you some questions to understand what it is that you want to change in your life. We will explore what you want to achieve including your best hopes for the future as we work together.
We don’t use hypnosis in this first session, however, you'll make a tailor-made MP3 recording that I will send to you, which you can listen to at home, this will help you. You might not believe yet that you begin to think differently about your situation, until that moment when you know it’s true.
In the second session, I will have designed a unique treatment plan. Sessions after that depend on individual needs.
Rates
Individual Hypnotherapy sessions
Free 20min telephone consultation
The first time you come to see me, the session will last about 90 minutes
then £90 per hour session. You won't get charged any extra if we go over.
I also offer packages. If you book and pay for 3 sessions the cost will be £240 a saving of £30
If for whatever reason you book and pay for a package but do not need all of the sessions, I will gladly refund you the difference between what is paid and the individual session costs.

If a session is cancelled, then I reserve the right to charge in full for any appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.
